摘要

Abstract

This paper aimed to solve the defects that affected the value of big data caused by data privacy security during the application of intelligent dispatching big data for high speed railway,such as reduced willingness to share data and weakened data decision-making effects.It designed a big data application scheme for intelligent dispatching of oriented high speed railway oriented to data privacy under the existing cloud edge collaborative framework using federated learning and generative adversarial network technology.Based on the current situation analysis,this paper rebuilt the system architecture and data interaction specifications,added a sample layer and a decision layer for edge nodes to achieve sample construction and decision output,and perfected the data layer and scheduling layer of the central cloud to achieve data collection and data scheduling.the virtual demarcated data utilization area securely shared private data and learning models internally while providing external assistant decision-making support.The scheme further improves the computing efficiency and data privacy security efficiency of intelligent dispatching big data,enriches the theoretical and technological innovation content of"Intelligent HSR",and accelerates the pace of digital intelligent construction of high speed railway transportation organization and dispatching.
