摘要

Abstract

As the development of the new generation of information technology has brought great changes to the way of travel,there has been a higher demand of travel services among passengers.In this context,smart travel services are expected to use data analysis and processing technology to improve service quality,which is,however,plagued by the challenges such as inconsistent data standards,no available data governance platform and difficulties in data sharing.Centered on high speed railway services for passengers,the relevant data throughout the entire passenger travel process were sorted out in three stages—pre-travel and post-travel,interchange and connection at hubs,and the journey itself.With a focus on the management of the entire lifecycle of travel data,the data framework of high speed railway passenger smart travel services was designed in six aspects:data collection,storage,governance,sharing,application and security.This paper proposed the construction framework of passenger travel service data standard of high speed railway,with a view to give full play to the data value of the smart travel system for high speed rail passengers,thus ensuring theoretical basis for the development of smart travel services and operation management.
