Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of psychological nursing combined with health education in the nursing of parturients with cesarean section.Methods A total of 66 cases of parturients with cesarean section admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the basic group and the combined group,33 cases in each group.The basic group was given basic nursing,and the combined group was given psychological nursing combined with health education.The psychological state,cognitive level,breastfeeding self-confidence score,and postpartum complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of the combined group were lower than those of the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the cognitive level and breastfeeding self-confidence scores of the combined group were higher than those of the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postpartum complications in the combined group was lower than that in the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing combined with health education in the nursing of parturients with cesarean section can improve the psychological state of parturients,improve the cognitive level and breastfeeding self-confidence,reduce the occurrence of postpartum complications,and can be popularized in clinic.关键词
