Research and Application of Intelligent Safety Management and Control System for Intermediate Station of Shuozhou-Huanghua Heavy Haul Railway

Abstract
The construction of smart intermediate stations is an important method to improve the efficiency and safety control level of the Shuozhou-Huanghua Heavy Haul Railway.Aiming at the problems and business requirements faced by the intelligence of the intermediate station of Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway,the architecture and functions of the intelligent safety management and control system for heavy haul railway stations were proposed.Based on technologies and methods such as the Internet of Things,Beidou high-precision positioning,image recognition,intelligent optimization algorithms,and human factors engineering,an intelligent safety management and control system for heavy haul railway stations has been constructed,which consists of 4 subsystems and 23 modules,including intelligent production subsystem,intelligent construction subsystem,intelligent safety management and control subsystem,and intelligent personnel management and control subsystem.This paper put forward 4 implementation methods of key technologies,namely,electronic sand table presentation technology,construction balance and daily plan detection technology,operation psychological adaptability evaluation technology and pre-job and on-job safety monitoring data collection and analysis technology.The research and application of the intelligent safety management and control system for the intermediate station of the Shuozhou-Huanghua Heavy Haul Railway has promoted the construction and application level of the intelligent heavy haul railway standard system.关键词
