摘要

Abstract

Conventional pump station monitoring system procedures are relatively complex,system operation losses are high,and system data monitoring errors are prone to occur.Therefore,a microcomputer automatic monitoring system for large and medium-sized pumping stations based on PLC was designed.In terms of hardware,a PLC controller and RS485 bus are designed.In terms of software,develop a PLC program for automatic monitoring of large and medium-sized pumping stations,input the control module of the PLC controller,select TCP/IP connection,and complete the association between the communication module and the logical network.Optimize the computer automatic monitoring visual interface of the pumping station,and use programmable logic to create monitoring screens,making the startup interface,general view interface,unit monitoring interface,and temperature monitoring interface of the pumping station monitoring system more realistic.System testing was used to verify that the system has higher monitoring quality and can be applied in real life.
