摘要

Abstract

Objective The performance of rubber particles reinforced double network structure gel was studied to solve the problem of frequent water and gas channeling in the process of water injection and gas injection in the fracture-vuggy reservoir represented by Tahe Oilfield.Methods Using acrylamide/2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid binary polymer and hydrophobic association polymer as the main agents,urotropine,resorcinol,organic chromium as crosslinking agents,and rubber particles as reinforcing agents.The effects of rubber particles on the viscosity of the gel base liquid,gelling time,gelling strength,dilution resistance,temperature and salt resistance,and plugging effect were investigated in detail.Results The research results showed that the addition of nanoparticles had no significant effect on the viscosity and gelling time of the gel base liquid,but it significantly improved the gelling strength,temperature and salt resistance and blocking effect.Among them,5%of the rubber particles were enhanced.The yield stress of the gel reaches 326.4 Pa.After aging at 150 ℃ for 30 days,the dehydration rate was only 2.71%.When the fracture core with a crack width of 1 mm was blocked,the breakthrough pressure gradient of salt water reached 3.94 MPa/m.This indicated that the double network structure gel reinforced by rubber particles had excellent blocking ability.Conclusion This study fills the technical gap of high-temperature and high-salt water plugging gel in Tahe Oilfield.It provides new research ideas for development of water plugging technology in Tahe Oilfield.
