Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of responsibility midwifery nursing on delivery mode and labor process of primiparas. Methods A total of 120 primiparas who received regular prenatal examination in Leling People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(60 cases)and the observation group(60 cases)according to the random drawing method. The control group implemented routine midwifery nursing, and the observation group implemented responsibility midwifery nursing. The labor process, delivery mode, postpartum complications, and perinatal adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results All labor stages in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of puerperal infection, fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsibility midwifery nursing can shorten the labor process of primiparas, improve the rate of vaginal delivery, reduce the occurrence of postpartum complications and perinatal adverse outcomes, and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
