Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of obstetric psychological nursing on delivery mode and psychological state of pregnant women.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women from January to December 2022 admitted to Qingdao Chengyang District People's Hospital were selected as the study objects.All the pregnant women were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received basic nursing,and the observation group received obstetric psychological nursing.The delivery mode,psychological state,nursing satisfaction,and degree of comfort during visit were compared between the two groups.Results The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of degree of comfort during visit and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The obstetric psychological nursing can effectively adjust the psychological state of pregnant women,promote natural delivery,and the nursing quality is good.关键词
