枢纽城市作为连接全国综合交通网络的重要节点,发挥其辐射带动作用,积极融入双循环新发展格局是必然要求.以我国20个国际性枢纽城市为研究对象,构建交通区位优势与双循环枢纽链接优势评价体系,采用极值法对数据进行标准化后测算各城市的交通区位优势,运用熵权-TOPSIS法测算双循环枢纽链接优势,同时研究二者转化的因果关系以及耦合协调度.经计算,深圳、北京与上海3座城市在交通区位优势与双循环枢纽链接优势测算中均排名前3,且耦合协调度处于高水平耦合与优质协调,协调度处于中低水平的城市可从通道建设、枢纽能级以及枢纽经济入手,提升交通区位对经济发展的支撑作用,加快将自身交通区位优势转化为双循环枢纽链接优势.

As an important node connecting the national comprehensive transportation network,hub cities play a radiating and driving role in cities and actively integrate into the new development pattern of dual circulation,which is an inevitable requirement for development.Taking 20 international hub cities as research objects,this paper conducted an evaluation system for transportation location advantages and dual circulation hub link advantages.The extreme value method was utilized to standardize the data and calculate the transportation location advantage degree of each city.The entropy weight TOPSIS method was adopted to calculate the transportation location advantages and dual circulation hub link advantages.At the same time,the causal relationship and coupling coordination scheduling of the two transformations were studied.According to calculations,Shenzhen,Beijing,and Shanghai all rank among the top three cities in terms of transportation location advantages and dual circulation hub link advantages and are in a high-level coupling and high-quality coordination degree.Cities with a low to medium level coordination degree can start from three aspects:channel construction,hub level,and hub economy to enhance the supporting role of transportation location in economic development and accelerate the transformation of its transportation location advantage into a dual circulation hub link advantage.
