摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of passive training under the concept of fast track surgery(FTS)in female patients after ankle fracture surgery. Methods A total of 70 female patients who underwent ankle fracture surgery in Lanling County People's Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects. All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received situational health education intervention, and the observation group received passive training under the concept of FTS on the basis of the control group. The perioperative condition, pain degree, ankle function, and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The time to get out of bed for the first time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the score of visual analogue scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the score of Baird-Jackson ankle was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The various score of generic quality of life inventory-74 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of passive training under the concept of FTS in female patients after ankle fracture surgery is significant, which can accelerate postoperative recovery, reduce pain, improve ankle function and quality of life.关键词
