维生素K1、K2、D水平与儿童骨代谢异常的相关性分析
Correlation analysis between vitamin K1,K2,and D levels and abnormal bone metabolism in children

Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between vitamin K1,K2,and D levels and abnormal bone metabolism in children.Methods A total of 293 children who underwent physical examination in the Second People's Hospital of Qinzhou from August 2020 to December 2023 were selected and divided into case group(128 cases)and control group(165 cases)according to the disease of bone metabolism.The serum levels of vitamin K1,vitamin K2 and vitamin D were compared between the two groups,and the correlation with abnormal bone metabolism was analyzed.Results The levels of vitamin K1,vitamin K2,and vitamin D in the case group were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of vitamin K1 and vitamin K2 deficiency was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Abnormal bone metabolism was negatively correlated with vitamin K1,vitamin K2,and vitamin D levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of vitamin K1,vitamin K2,and vitamin D in children with abnormal bone metabolism are low,and abnormal bone metabolism is negatively correlated with the levels of vitamin K1,vitamin K2 and vitamin D.Vitamin K and vitamin D deficiency should be actively prevented.关键词
