Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of holistic nursing intervention in children with rotavirus infectious diarrhea.Methods A total of 68 children with rotavirus infectious diarrhea admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the reference group(n=34,routine nursing)and the analysis group(n=34,holistic nursing intervention)based on the visit time.The improvement time of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The stopping diarrhea time,abatement of fever time,vomiting symptom disappearance time,and hospitalization time in the analysis group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of communication support,respect support,emotional support,and high-quality nursing support in the analysis group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the analysis group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing intervention in children with rotavirus infectious diarrhea can shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
