摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of goal-oriented refined nursing intervention in resuscitation of neonatal asphyxia. Methods A total of 156 newborns who received resuscitation treatment for asphyxia in the Department of Neonatology,Taian Central Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects. All the newborns were divided into the control group(78 cases)and the study group(78 cases)using the random drawing method. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group received goal-oriented refined nursing intervention. The blood gas analysis indicators, duration of symptom remission, and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the arterial partial pressure of oxygen and oxygen saturation in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of lip cyanosis, reduced breathing depth, arrhythmia, and hospital stay in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The goal-oriented refined nursing intervention for neonatal asphyxia resuscitation can actively assist and correct ventilation in children, improve the blood gas indicators, shorten hospitalization time, and has a definite intervention effect.关键词
