Abstract
Objective To study the effect of collaborative nursing in children with bronchial asthma.Methods Ninety-six children with bronchial asthma admitted to Shanxian Central Hospital from June 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into the reference group(48 cases,routine nursing)and the experimental group(48 cases,collaborative nursing)by random table number method.The improvement of lung function and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in lung function between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The lung function of the two groups was improved after nursing(P<0.05).The forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in one second in the experimental group after nursing were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with bronchial asthma,collaborative nursing has obvious advantages in improving their lung function.Through collaborative nursing,children's lung function can be restored and improved to a greater extent,and nursing satisfaction is high.关键词
