Abstract
Objective To explore the application of cluster nursing management in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)infection control.Methods A total of 98 NICU neonates admitted to Beijing Haidian District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into control group(49 cases)and observation group(49 cases)according to random number table method.The control group adopted routine nursing management,and the observation group adopted cluster nursing management.The infection rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of infection in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of cluster nursing management is beneficial to NICU infection control,can reduce the incidence of infection in children,and improve the nursing satisfaction of parents.关键词
