Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of predictive nursing intervention in elderly female cataract surgery patients.Methods A total of 80 elderly female cataract patients who received surgical treatment in Lanling County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into the reference group and the observation group according to the coin toss method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,the observation group received predictive nursing intervention,and the total complication rate,nursing satisfaction,psychological state,sleep quality,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,and total nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the scores of mental state and sleep quality decreased after nursing,while the scores of life quality increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of psychological state and sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,and the scores of life quality were higher than those in the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of predictive nursing intervention in the surgical treatment of elderly female cataract patients can not only reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve nursing satisfaction,but also improve psychological status,sleep quality,and quality of life,which has high reference and promotion value.关键词
