摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of individualized psychological nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 100 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Yanshi Central Health Center of Juancheng County from November 2019 to November 2022 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group(n=50)and control group(n=50).Psychological nursing was implemented in study group,and routine nursing was implemented in control group.The quality of life,nursing satisfaction,and adverse emotional status of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of all indexes of negative emotions in the study group after nursing were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life(social function,psychological function,emotional function,and physical function)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation value of psychological nursing is high,which can help patients improve their quality of life,relieve negative emotional conditions,and accelerate the process of disease recovery.It can be popularized in clinic.关键词
