Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of diversified health education in pediatric pneumonia.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 children with pneumonia in fever clinic of Leling People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022.According to different nursing schemes,children who received routine nursing were included in the control group(50 cases),and children who received routine nursing combined with diversified health education were included in the study group(50 cases).The pulmonary function indexes and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The overall compliance rate in the study group was 98.00%,higher than 84.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the peak respiratory velocity,the forced expiratory volume in one second,and forced vital capacity between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the peak respiratory velocity,the forced expiratory volume in one second,and forced vital capacity increased in both groups,and the peak respiratory velocity,the forced expiratory volume in one second,and forced vital capacity increased in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education in pediatric pneumonia has significant application effect,which can improve the compliance and lung function of children.关键词
