Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of individualized health education on delivery mode and knowledge mastery in gravidas.Methods A total of 100 gravidas who underwent prenatal examination in the Second Children&Women's Healthcare of Jinan City from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group adopted routine nursing guidance,and the observation group adopted individualized health education.The vaginal delivery rate,knowledge mastery,self-management ability score,and adverse emotion score were compared between the two groups.Results The vaginal delivery rate,knowledge mastery,and self-management ability score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the negative emotion scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized health education can improve the vaginal delivery rate of gravidas,enhance the cognition of childbirth knowledge and self-management ability of gravidas,and alleviate adverse emotion,which is worth promoting.关键词
