摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the microwave heating uniformity and increase the heating rate of asphalt mixture,basalt asphalt mixture(BA),basalt asphalt mixture with added steel slag(SS),basalt asphalt mixture with added steel fiber(SF),and basalt asphalt mixture with added composite steel slag and steel fiber(SS+SF)were prepared.The thermal parameters of four asphalt mixtures were tested by a thermal constant analyzer,and the average temper-ature at the top of mixtures was measured and calculated by an infrared thermometer.Finally,the self-healing per-formance of the mixtures was evaluated by a three-point bending failure test.The results show that SF has a higher thermal conductivity and thermal diffusion rate,and faster heating rate than SS;The volumetric heat capacity of SS is higher than that of SF,and the heating uniformity is better than that of SF,and cools down slower during the cooling process;Due to the self-healing phenomenon of asphalt during both heating and cooling processes.SF can increase the heating rate and SS can enhance heating uniformity during the heating process.SS can extend the cool-ing time during the cooling process.Therefore,under the same heating time and initial temperature,when the heat-ing temperature reaches 80 ℃,the composite steel slag and steel fibers can increase the heating rate and self-heal-ing rate of asphalt mixtures by 20%and 28%than traditional asphalt mixtures respectively.
