Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of segmented perioperative health education in gynecological patients.Methods A total of 64 patients who were scheduled for elective surgery in the First People's Hospital of Kunshan Affiliated to Jiangsu University from October 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=32)and control group(n=32)by the random number table method.The control group was given routine perioperative health education,and the experimental group was given segmented perioperative health education.The anxiety score,postoperative pain score,satisfaction,length of hospitalization,and total compliance rate were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety score and postoperative pain score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the length of hospitalization between the two groups(P>0.05).The total compliance rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Segmented perioperative health education in gynecological patients has significant application effect,which can relieve anxiety,reduce postoperative pain,improve compliance and satisfaction,and is worth promoting.关键词
