22例妊娠期急性脂肪肝临床特征分析
Analysis of clinical characteristics of 22 cases of acute fatty liver of pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of acute fatty liver of pregnancy(AFLP).Methods A total of 22 patients with AFLP admitted to Binzhou People's Hospital from January 2010 to September 2020 were selected,and the clinical characteristics of AFLP were analyzed.Results Among the 22 patients,16 cases had gastrointestinal symptoms,and all had different degrees of jaundice,14 cases had fibrinogen<1.5 g/L,7 cases had albumin<20 g/L,3 cases had hepatic encephalopathy,6 cases had renal failure,5 cases had multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,and 2 cases had intrauterine death.Conclusion Timely termination of pregnancy for AFLP patients,active prevention of disseminated intravascular coagulation,supplementation of clotting substances,timely transfusion and transfusion of blood products,blood replacement,and blood purification and other symptomatic treatment according to the condition are conducive to improving the prognosis of AFLP patients and fetuses.关键词
