Application effect of psychological resilience support based on the concept of information-motivation-behavioral skills combined with music therapy in patients with postpartum depression

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological resilience support based on the concept of information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)combined with music therapy in patients with postpartum depression.Methods A total of 89 patients with postpartum depression admitted to the Department of Obstetrics,Chongzuo People's Hospital from July 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group(45 cases,given psychological resilience support based on IMB concept combined with music therapy)and the control group(44 cases,given music therapy)according to the random number table method.The depression status(Edinburgh postnatal depression scale[EPDS]),sleep status(Pittsburgh sleep quality index[PSQI]),coping status(simple coping style questionnaire[SCSQ]),and self-efficacy(general self-efficacy scale[GSES])were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the EPDS score of the two groups was lower than that before intervention,and the EPDS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the PSQI score of the two groups was lower than that before the intervention,and the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SCSQ and GSES scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological resilience support based on the concept of IMB combined with music therapy has a good effect on patients with postpartum depression,which can reduce the degree of depression,improve sleep,enhance positive coping style,and improve self-efficacy.关键词
