Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of standardized patients integrated with situational teaching in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods From June 2022 to June 2023,66 clinical medical students of the same class in Guizhou Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to the random odd and even number method,they were divided into the observation group(n=33)and the control group(n=33).The control group was taught by traditional teaching method,while the observation group was taught by standardized patients integrated with situational teaching method.The clinical skill,final theoretical examination score,and teaching effect score were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of medical history collection,physical examination,humanistic care,and final examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of learning interest,operation ability,communication skills,and clinical thinking ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized patients integrated with situational teaching in obstetrics and gynecology teaching can improve students'comprehensive ability,so as to improve the quality of teaching.关键词
