摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of responsibility system teaching in obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching.Methods A total of 40 nursing students in Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups.The control group(20 cases)carried out routine teaching mode,and the observation group(20 cases)carried out responsibility teaching on this basis.The teaching effect score,students'assessment score,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of reasonable time allocation,mastery of operation skills,data access,team cooperation,knowledge breadth,and depth in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the basic theoretical knowledge and clinical practice scores of the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of responsibility system teaching in obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching is good,which can improve students'learning ability and practical ability,strengthen their theoretical knowledge level,master the knowledge content,achieve the expected teaching goal,students'satisfaction is high,and has high clinical application value.关键词
