Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of breast conserving surgery and modified radical surgery in the treatment of patients with early breast cancer. Methods A total of 46 patients with early breast cancer admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects. All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 23 cases in each group. The control group was treated with modified radical surgery, while the observation group was treated with breast conserving surgery. The surgical related indicators, incidence of complications, and postoperative quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The surgical duration, hospital stay, and incision length of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of short form 36 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both breast conserving surgery and modified radical surgery for early breast cancer patients can achieve certain results, but breast conserving surgery has less trauma, fewer postoperative complications, and better surgical related indicators.关键词
