Abstract
With the improvement of living standards,the aesthetics of breasts is becoming more and more important to female.Breast augmentation surgery is the main way of changing small breasts,including implanting prostheses,autologous tissue breast augmentation,and fat implantation.As an ideal alternative filler,autologous fat has many advantages in reconstructive surgery,such as rich sources,easy to obtain,soft texture,strong flexibility,and low immunogenicity.Autologous fat transplantation technology is becoming increasingly popular,but it may bring a series of adverse consequences,such as fat necrosis,low survival rate,and fat embolism.Fat necrosis is similar to breast cancer in imaging,and postoperative pathological exclusion of malignant tumors is required.This article reported a case of fat necrosis after autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation in beauty salon,through reviewing the relevant literature,and comprehensively summarized the diagnosis and treatment strategies of fat necrosis,aiming to improve the clinical understanding of fat necrosis after autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation,and provide reference and basis for clinical practice.关键词
