Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Insulin Aspart combined with Insulin Detemir in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Lingao County People's Hospital in Hainan Province from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were divided into the reference group(treated with Insulin Detemir)and the experimental group(treated with Insulin Aspart combined with Insulin Detemir)by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The blood glucose levels and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2-hour blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and complications in the experimental group(10.00%)was lower than that in the reference group(28.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin Aspart combined with Insulin Detemir in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus can effectively reduce the level of blood glucose,prevent adverse pregnancy outcomes,and it is worthy of application.关键词
