Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of X-ray gastrointestinal angiography in children with Hirschsprung's disease.Methods A total of 72 children with suspected Hirschsprung's disease diagnosed and treated in Children's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All of them underwent X-ray gastrointestinal angiography.Rectal mucosal biopsy and pathological biopsy were taken as the gold standard to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of X-ray gastrointestinal angiography in children with Hirschsprung's disease.Results Among the 72 children,49 cases(68.06%)were diagnosed as Hirschsprung's disease by biopsy,including 30 cases(41.67%)of ultra-short segment,4 cases(5.56%)of short segment,3 cases(4.17%)of long segment,8 cases(11.11%)of common type,and 4 cases(5.56%)of whole colon.Among the 72 children,50 cases(69.44%)were diagnosed with Hirschsprung's disease by X-ray gastrointestinal angiography,including 29 cases(40.28%)of ultra-short segment,4 cases(5.56%)of short segment,5 cases(6.94%)of long segment,8 cases(11.11%)of common type,and 4 cases(5.56%)of whole colon.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of X-ray gastrointestinal angiography in the diagnosis of Hirschsprung's disease in children were 100.00%(49/49),95.65%(22/23),and 98.61%(71/72),respectively.Conclusion The diagnosis of children with Hirschsprung's disease by X-ray gastrointestinal angiography has high sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
