Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods From January 2022 to June 2023,166 patients with suspected breast tumors who were treated in Shan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected to undergo color Doppler ultrasound examination,and pathological examination results were used as the gold standard to analyze diagnostic efficiency,and compare ultrasonic signs and blood flow parameters of different pathological properties.Results Pathological examination confirmed 100 cases of benign breast tumors and 66 cases of malignant breast tumors.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound were 96.97%,97.00%and 96.99%,respectively.The positive and negative predictive values were 95.52%and 97.98%,respectively.The proportion of irregular shape,blurred boundary,no envelope,microcalcification,medium and high internal echo,surrounding tissue infiltration,rich blood flow signal,resistance index,pulsation index,maximum peak systolic flow velocity,and average peak systolic flow velocity in malignant breast tumors were higher than those in benign breast tumors(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is of high value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors and can be popularized in clinic.关键词
