摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of comprehensive perioperative nursing in myomectomy.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent myomectomy in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the research group received comprehensive perioperative nursing.The perioperative indicators,surgical stress,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first postoperative defecation time,the first time of getting out of bed after surgery,and the length of hospitalization in the research group were shorter than those in the control group,and the pain score on the third day after surgery was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of aldosterone(ALD),norepinephrine(NE),and angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)were increased in both groups after surgery,but the levels of NE,AngⅡ,and ALD in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive perioperative nursing in myomectomy has significant application effect,which can promote postoperative rehabilitation,reduce stress reactions,improve nursing satisfaction,and is worth popularizing.关键词
