Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of operating room nursing combined with comfort nursing in children with radial neck fracture.Methods A total of 48 children with radial neck fracture admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital of Linyi City,Shandong Province from June 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group(24 cases)and the research group(24 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given operating room nursing combined with comfort nursing on the basis of the control group.The fear psychology and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The score of Wong-Baker faces pain scale in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of treatment compliance in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of operating room nursing combined with comfort nursing in children with radial neck fracture is better,which can improve the fear psychology of the children,improve the treatment compliance,and is worth promoting.关键词
