Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of family participation nursing model in the nursing of preterm infants in neonatal intensive care unit.Methods A total of 200 preterm infants admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Maternity and Child Health Care of Zaozhuang from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All the infants were divided into the reference group(100 cases)and the experimental group(100 cases)according to the lottery method.The reference group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received family participation nursing model.The growth and development indicators,satisfaction of parents,and care ability of parents were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the weight and length in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of satisfaction of parents in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of family caregiver task inventory in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of family participation nursing model in the nursing of preterm infants in neonatal intensive care unit has a significant effect,which can accelerate the growth and development speed of the children,improve the care ability and satisfaction of the parents of the children.关键词
