摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of solution-focused nursing model in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst.Methods A total of 82 patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst admitted to Huantai County Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Zibo City from February to August 2021 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received solution-focused nursing model.The quality of life,psychological state,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the score of short form 36 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of solution-focused nursing model in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst is better,which can improve the quality of life and psychological state,increase nursing satisfaction and is worth applying.关键词
