Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with situational simulation teaching method in pediatric orthopedic teaching.Methods From July 2022 to March 2023,80 interns in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the reference group and the experimental group by lottery method,with 40 interns in each group.The reference group applied the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group applied the PBL combined with situational simulation teaching method.The clinical ability,practice achievement,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the scores of critical thinking and communication skills in both groups were higher than those before teaching,and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation in both groups were higher than those before teaching,and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total teaching satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of PBL combined with situational simulation teaching method in pediatric orthopedic teaching is good,which can improve the clinical ability,practice achievement and teaching satisfaction of interns.关键词
