Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of management by objectives teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of obstetrics.Methods A total of 30 nursing interns who practiced in the Department of Obstetrics of the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from June to December 2022 were selected as the control group,and 30 nursing interns who practiced in the Department of Obstetrics of the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from January to June 2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the management by objectives teaching method.The assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the theoretical and technical scores of both groups were higher than those before teaching,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of teaching satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of management by objectives teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of obstetrics is good,which can improve the assessment results and teaching satisfaction of nursing interns.关键词
