Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical situational practical teaching in midwifery professional training.Methods From July 2020 to August 2022,50 students enrolled in Shanghe County People's Hospital were selected.A total of 25 students enrolled from July 2020 to July 2021 were set as the control group,and 25 students enrolled from August 2021 to August 2022 were set as the observation group.The observation group was given clinical situational practical teaching,while the control group was given traditional teaching.The results of obstetrical theory examination,clinical comprehensive ability,teaching satisfaction,and learning situation of the two groups were compared.Results The scores and total score of obstetrical theory examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores and total score of clinical comprehensive ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores and total score of teaching satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of learning interest,self-learning level,and learning initiative of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical situational practical teaching in midwifery professional training can improve students'scores of obstetrical theory examination,clinical comprehensive ability,and teaching satisfaction,and optimize their learning situation,which is worth popularizing and applying.关键词
