目的:探讨胰岛素注射相关 LH 的影响因素,构建胰岛素注射相关 LH 的列线图模型.方法:选取2020.01-2023.03在我院住院的 198例糖尿病病人为研究对象,记录患者的基本信息、身体及实验室检查资料.结果:本次共调查 198 例病人,LH的患病率为 54.55%.采用多因素Logistic的分析法,捏皮、错误轮流注射、重复使用针头次数多、射胰岛素次数多、针头长度长是糖尿病患者发生注射胰岛素LH的危险因素,P<0.05.ROC曲线分析显示,AUC、灵敏度和特异度分别为 0.891(95%CI:0.846~0.936)、96.30%、68.90%.结论:捏皮、错误轮流注射、重复使用针头次数多、射胰岛素次数多、针头长度长是糖尿病胰岛素注射 LH 的危险因素,通过以上因素所构建的列线图模型显示出LH具有的良好预测效能.

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia associated with insulin injection,and to construct a column chart model for the occurrence of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia associated with insulin injection.Methods:198 patients with diabetes hospitalized in our hospital from January 2020.01 to March 2023.03 were taken as the research objects,and the basic information,physical and laboratory examination data of patients were recorded.Results:A total of 198 patients were surveyed,and the prevalence of LH was 54.55% .Multivariate logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that skin pinching,wrong injection in turn,more repeated use of needles,more insulin injections,and long needle length were the risk factors for insulin LH injection in diabetes patients(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that AUC,sensitivity,and specificity were 0.891(95% CI:0.846~0.936),96.30%,and 68.90%,respectively.Conclusion:Pinching skin,wrong injection in turn,more repeated use of needles,more insulin injections,and long needle length are the risk factors for insulin injection LH in diabetes.The nomogram model based on the above factors has a good predictive effect on LH.
