Abstract
objective:To explore the changes and clinical significance of serum sex hormone(SH)testing in female infertility(FI)patients.Methods:The data of serum SH in our hospital were analyzed.Results:Compared with the normal group,follicular stage:FI group showed no difference in hLH,hFSH,E2 and T decreased,and the PRL and P increased.Ovulation:There was no difference in PRL in FI group,and hFSH,hLH,E2,T and P decreased.Luteal phase:there was no difference in E2 detected in the FI group,with hFSH,hLH and PRL increased,and T and P decreased.In contrast to group menstruation is normal,Group menstrual disorder detected increased LH,FSH,PRL and P and decreased E2.Conclusion:Serum SH is an important test index for FI assisted diagnosis,and testing can provide an important basis for FI assisted diagnosis.关键词
