Effect of acupoint acupuncture and comprehensive rehabilitation training on aphasia after stroke

Abstract
Exploring the effect of acupoint selection and acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on the therapeutic effect and neurological function of post-stroke aphasia patients.The results showed that the total effective rate of aphasia treatment in stroke patients was higher in combination with acupuncture at the acupoint of the Du meridian on the basis of comprehensive rehabilitation training,and the scores of speech dysphoria,hemiplegia,sensory impairment,CFCP,and NIS were significantly reduced.Meanwhile,there is a significant negative correlation between CFCP and NIS scores.Acupuncture at the acupoint of the Du meridian combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training can significantly improve the treatment effect of post-stroke aphasia patients,improve their clinical symptoms,language communication ability,and neurological function,and have certain safety guarantees.关键词
