三种治疗方法治疗乳牙牙髓炎的临床疗效对比
Comparison of clinical effect of three kinds of treatment methods on pulpitis of primary teeth

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of three methods in treating pulpitis of deciduous teeth.Methods:87 children with pulpitis of deciduous teeth were divided into group A,group B and group C,which were treated by pulp drying,root canal filling with zinc oxide clove oil paste and root canal filling with vitapex paste.Results:In group A,group B and group C,the short-term total effective rate 7 days after treatment and the long-term success rate after 1 year of follow-up showed an upward trend.The improvement time of periodontal abscess,tooth loosening and alveolar bone absorption was shortened.7 days after treatment,the level of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid and periodontal index showed a downward trend;The pain score showed a decreasing trend at 7 d and 1 month after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with pulp drying and root canal filling with zinc oxide clove oil paste,root canal filling with vitapex paste has better short-term and long-term effects on pulpitis of deciduous teeth.关键词
