Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of acupoint application,auricular point pressing combined with nebulization inhalation on the efficacy of patients with COPD.Methods:82 patients with COPD were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine,FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,SaO2,PaO2,PaCO2,PCT,SAA,CPR,HMGB1,NGAL,SGRO score,and BODE index were lower,and the levels of PaO2,PaCO2,PCT,SAA,CPR,HMGB1,NGAL,and other indicators were significantly lower.No significant adverse reactions were observed between the two groups.Conclusion:Acupoint application and auricular point pressing assisted with nebulization inhalation for the treatment of COPD can help alleviate clinical symptoms and improve quality of life.关键词
