血液指标及超声征象与绝经后子宫内膜癌患者病理特征的关系
Relationship between blood indexes and ultrasound signs and pathological features of postmenopausal endometrial cancer patients

Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between blood indexes and ultrasound signs and pathological features of postmenopausal endometrial cancer(EC)patients.Methods The clinical data of 89 patients with postmenopausal EC admitted to the Affiliated Yongchuan Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from September 2021 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The relationship between preoperative blood routine indexes and ultrasound signs and pathological features of EC was analyzed.Results The platelet to lymphocyte ratio of patients with typeⅡEC was higher than that of typeⅠEC(P<0.05).There was difference in neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)among different pathological types of EC(P<0.05),and NLR in clear cell carcinoma was higher than that in other pathological types(P<0.05).NLR was higher in patients with myometrial invasion≥1/2(P<0.05).EC patients with lymph node metastasis had a higher monocyte to lymphocyte ratio(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of typeⅡEC was thicker than that of typeⅠEC(P<0.05).The incidence of uneven echo of muscle layer and unclear intima of typeⅠEC was higher than that of typeⅡEC(P<0.05).Among different pathological types,the incidence of uneven myometrial echo in patients with serous carcinoma,clear cell carcinoma,and other types of cancer was 100.0%,which was higher than that of simple endometrioid carcinoma and mucinous carcinoma(P<0.05).The incidence of unclear endometrium in patients with serous carcinoma was 100.0%,which was higher than that in other pathological types(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative blood indexes and ultrasound signs are related to the pathological features of postmenopausal EC patients.Early screening and early treatment are of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
