Abstract
Objective To compare the application effect of laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery in patients with early endometrial cancer. Methods A total of 186 patients with early endometrial cancer admitted to Linzi District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Zibo City from March 2019 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 93 cases in each group. The control group received traditional open surgery, and the observation group received laparoscopic surgery. The application effect of the two groups was compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group, the operation time, anal exhaust time, ambulation time, and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 1 and 3 days after operation(P<0.05).After operation,CD3+and CD4+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and CD8+was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has a good application effect in patients with early endometrial cancer, which can reduce intraoperative blood loss, shorten postoperative recovery time, relieve postoperative pain, protect immune function, and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
