Abstract
Objective:To study the impact of situational health education on the psychology and behavior of cataract surgery patients.Methods:220 cataract patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were retrospectively selected and divided into control group and observation group.The control group used conventional standard nursing model intervention,and the observation group used situational education for intervention.Compare the differences in psychology,behavior,self-care ability and quality of life between the two groups of cataract surgery patients before and after intervention.Results:There was no significant difference in the baseline data between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the psychological scale scores,medical compliance behavior rate,self-care ability scores and quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional standard nursing model,situational health education can significantly improve the negative mentality of cataract surgery patients,improve the patient's compliance rate,enhance the patient's self-care ability,and improve the patient's quality of life.关键词
