Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of early comprehensive education and health care services in children with chronic sinusitis.Methods A total of 90 children with chronic sinusitis who received treatment in Feixian People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(45 cases)and the experimental group(45 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine examination and health education,and the experimental group received early comprehensive education and health care services based on the control group.Growth and development,occurrence of nutritional diseases,olfactory function,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,weight,height,fine motor score,language score,and adaptability score of both groups were better than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of malnutrition,vitamin D deficiency rickets,and nutritional anemia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 and 12 months of intervention,the olfactory function scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 and 12 months of intervention,the scores of quality of life scale for children and adolescents in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early comprehensive education and health care services in children with chronic sinusitis can improve the growth and development of children and olfactory function,reduce the risk of nutritional diseases,and improve the quality of life,which has clinical application value.关键词
