Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of neonatal asphyxia complicated with multiple organ damage.Methods The clinical data of 98 asphyxiated neonates admitted to Zhangqiu District People's Hospital of Jinan City from January to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and divided into the control group(48 cases)and the research group(50 cases)according to the occurrence of multiple organ damage.The influencing factors of neonatal asphyxia complicated with multiple organ damage were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression.Results Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in birth weight,gestational age,Apgar score at 1 min,amniotic fluid pollution,intrauterine distress,and abnormal umbilical cord between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in gender,fetal growth restriction,and delivery mode between the two groups(P>0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that low Apgar score at 1 min,amniotic fluid pollution,intrauterine distress,and abnormal umbilical cord were independent risk factors for neonatal asphyxia complicated with multiple organ damage,while higher birth weight and gestational age were protective factors(P<0.05).Conclusion Low Apgar score at 1 min,amniotic fluid pollution,intrauterine distress,and abnormal umbilical cord are independent risk factors for neonatal asphyxia complicated with multiple organ damage,and higher birth weight and gestational age are protective factors.Clinical intervention should be carried out according to relevant influencing factors.关键词
