Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of cyclic single-sided phototherapy and intermittent single-sided phototherapy on serum bilirubin(SB)level in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia(NHB).Methods A total of 93 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia admitted to Guangzhou Conghua District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(47 cases)and the observation group(46 cases)according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with intermittent single-sided phototherapy, and the observation group was treated with cyclic single-sided phototherapy. The clinical efficacy, jaundice resolution time, fetal stool initial discharge time,SB level, transcutaneous bilirubin(TCB)level, and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the time of jaundice resolution and the time of fetal stool initial discharge between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of SB and TCB in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in the levels of SB and TCB between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of cyclic single-sided phototherapy is similar to that of intermittent single-sided phototherapy in the treatment of NHB,which can effectively reduce the levels of SB and TCB,accelerate the resolution of jaundice and the initial discharge of fetal stool, but the total incidence of adverse reactions of cyclic single-sided phototherapy is lower.关键词
