Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Budesonide combined with Compound Ipratropium Bromide atomization in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods A total of 70 children with bronchopneumonia diagnosed and treated in the Department of Internal Medicine of Xinshi Town Health Center of Jiyang District of Jinan City from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected and divided into the reference group(35 cases)and the experimental group(35 cases)according to different treatment methods.The reference group was treated with conventional anti-infective therapy,and the experimental group was treated with Budesonide combined with Compound Ipratropium Bromide atomization on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effect,levels of inflammatory factors,improvement time of symptoms and signs,and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,transforming growth factor-β1,and interleukin-6 in the experimental groups were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of pulmonary rales,fever,and cough in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with Compound Ipratropium Bromide atomization in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children has definite clinical effect,can shorten the improvement time of symptoms and signs,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and has safety,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
