Abstract
Objective To analyze the pathogen microorganism detection results and drug resistance in stool samples of 110 children with bacterial diarrhea.Methods A total of 110 children with bacterial diarrhea treated in Pingdu People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected for fecal microbiological examination,and the detection results of pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria were analyzed.Results A total of 99 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the stool samples of 110 children with bacterial diarrhea,of which Shigella accounted for the highest proportion(46.46%),followed by Vibrio(31.31%)and Aeromonas(10.10%).Drug susceptibility test showed that all strains were mainly resistant to Ampicillin.The resistance rate of Shigella to Ampicillin was the highest,followed by Cefoperazone,Cefotaxime,Amoxicillin,and Ceftriaxone Sodium.Conclusion Among the 110 fecal samples of children with bacterial diarrhea,Shigella is the main pathogenic bacteria,and all bacteria are mainly resistant to Ampicillin.Clinical treatment should be made according to the types of pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance.关键词
